In this case, the petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate ground.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the father of the petitioner had died in harness on 7.11.2006, he applied for the compassionate appointment with fake certificate of Class-8 and, on 15.4.2015, he has filed proper matriculation certificate. The case has been rejected on the ground of submitting the fake certificate. The application with a fake certificate will not be treated to be a proper application but, the certificate attached with the application dated 15.4.2015 may be treated to be a valid application.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6319 of 2017 dt.10-09-2018 2/2 There is delay of ten years and there is a time limit of five years within which the proper application has to be filed before the appropriate authority and the application with the fake certificate cannot be entertained and rightly the same has been rejected. So, this Court cannot grant any relief to the petitioner. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed.
