JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-02-2018 Heard Mr. Mangalam learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. Mr. Mangalam submits that in view of Annexure-C to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.5, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed substantially and as such he submits that there is no useful purpose in pursuing the writ application any further and he seeks permission to withdraw the writ application in order to approach the respondents for redressal
Patna High Court CWJC No.130 of 2016 (2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 of any further grievance, which has not been addressed vide Annexure-C to the counter affidavit.
In case, the petitioner files representation indicating therein unaddressed grievance, the respondent District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur will consider the representation of the petitioner objectively and pass appropriate order within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of filing of representation along with a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
