Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 9.3.2016.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura
