2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 and 61(2) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that some unknown persons killed a woman and threw her dead body in river to dispose it of.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. Informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59866 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown. Name of petitioners transpired in this case during course of investigation merely on suspicion. Moreover, charge-sheet has already been submitted and petitioners are in custody since 17.05.2025.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners and submitted that name of petitioners transpired in this case during course of investigation. It is a case of honour killing. Petitioners are family members of the deceased. The dead body was found in a river.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, gravity of offence and materials that have surfaced during course of investigation, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioners is rejected.
