Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks on resumption of physical mode. The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 147, 353, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and co-accused came to P.S.S. Jalalpur and they abused and disrupted the power supply in P.S.S. Jalalpur and also caused hindrance in discharging the public duty.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70405 of 2021(2) dt.08-06-2022 2/2 allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
