The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.77 of 2016 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioner along with others and alleged that while she was cleaning earth from her darwaza, the petitioner and others came and abused the informant. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the daughter-in-law of the informant and took her ornaments.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a counter version being Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.76 of 2016. On account of land dispute, both the sides quarreled with each other. The allegation of theft is ornamental. There is no apparent injuries on the face of the informant and her daughter-

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No.77 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
