Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 418 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 324, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 79866 of 2018 which was rejected on 26.02.2019. Petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64221 of 2019(3) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case and also there is direct allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, after completing two years of the custody, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
