Case No. 247 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise, 2016.

Allegation of recovery of 25 kg of Mahua flower behind the house of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner, rather behind the house of the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned
