2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 1.26 liters of English wine has been recovered from outside the house of petitioner. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner is accused in two more cases of similar nature.

4. Learned A.P.P. also opposed the prayer for bail.
