It is obligatory upon the B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur that their share of claim shall also be made over to Jai Prakash University, if not already done, to facilitate settlement of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10715 of 2014 dt.12-05-2016 claim within the time frame indicated above. If there is any default on the part of the concerned University to carry out the obligation, the Court will deal with such authorities in accordance with law. This writ application stands disposed of with the direction aforesaid.
