JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No.377 of 2015 registered under sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statements of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in annexure-2 to the present application, in which she has categorically stated that she out of her own sweet will went together with Kanhaiya Mall and no other person had any role in this regard, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.667 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2/2 within six weeks from today, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Mufassil P.S. Case No.377 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
