After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pray for release of Bajaj Maxima (Bajaj Auto-Rickshaw) bearing Registration No.BR01GH-0834, Chassis No. MD2A98AYSJWC39553, Engine No. BBYWJC29284 seized in connection with Special Case No. C2A-145 of 2018 before the court below itself under Section 451 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
