Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 313 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.
The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 06.09.2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59991 of 2022(2) dt.09-12-2022 2/3 co-accused, who is none but her son, who kidnap the informant/victim, aged about 17 years, for the purpose of illicit intercourse.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that maximum allegations as appears from the face of FIR against this petitioner is to provide a rented house to informant and her son. It is further submitted that informant solemnized her marriage out of her own sweet will with the son of the petitioner. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that investigation of this case is complete, for which, chargesheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.
In view of the facts and circumstances as mentioned above, as petitioner is a lady, where she in custody since 06.09.2022 coupled with the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case No. 18 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cumSpecial Judge (POCSO) Act, Jehanabad/concerned Court,
