The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Majhaulia P.S. Case No.228 of 2019 registered under Sections 413, 414, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472, 379 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 66 of the Information Technology Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that nearby the ATM, 5 persons were apprehended with several ATM cards, who disclosed the name of the petitioner as their associate. Further submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 23.05.2019.
