Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that in course of investigation, the Investigating officer of the present case got an information from SHO, Paharpur that the petitioner had been arrested in Paharpur P.S. Case no. 309/2014 and after that petitioner was remanded in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner either in Paharpur P.S. Case no. 309/2014 or in the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Amit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur/ concerned court in Gaighat P.S.
