This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the first

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47595 of 2012 (2) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 information report in connection with Dessri (Sahdai) P.S. Case No. 253 of 2012 registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 341, 323,, 380, 427 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation made in the first information report constitutes the cognizable offence.
