2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 134 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 480 liters of country made liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 13.07.2025. They are quite innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned Court below in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 134 of 2025 subject to condition that:- I). The petitioners are directed to mark their attendance at Barhara Police Station, Bhojpur on every Sunday of each month. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners. ii). Both the bailors will be close blood relatives of the petitioners.
