Petitioner seeks bail in Powakhali P.S. Case No.30 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 06.06.2018. He has been arrested merely on suspicion.

In the written report, it is alleged that informant had gone on his duty after parking his motorcycle in front of Medical Shop. When he returned, he did not find his motorcycle. He informed the police and started searching the motorcycle. He found two persons engaged in breaking the wire of the motorcycle. It is further alleged that the informant caught

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, in connection with Powakhali P.S. Case No.30 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
