JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 12-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dehri (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 407 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 353, 504, 506, 379, 414, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and 4(1A), 21(1) of D.E. Act, 40(1) of B.M. Act and 33, 41 and 42 of the Forest Act.

No.713 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2016 2 / 2 It has been contended that the case of the petitioners stand on better footing than that of co-accused Pramod Singh @ Pramod Kumar Singh who has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 03.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50021 of 2015. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No. 407 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
