The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is a case of dowry death due to non-fulfilment of dowry demand and the deceased murdered by the petitioners along with other accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

No.70149 of 2021(2) dt.19-07-2022 2/2 further submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased and the husband of the deceased, namely, Guddu Sah is in judicial custody. He further submits that they have no concern with the mess and business of the deceased and husband of the deceased. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Samastipur in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 158 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
