The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown and the name of the petitioner was surfaced on confessional statement of co-accused Mithun @ Baidyanath Sahni but he has not been put on TIP. Petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2019.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
