JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 12-07-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
This is a frivolous contempt application for without bothering to discharge with his own obligation to raise grievance before the Collector, that simply by drawing attention of the Collector towards the order passed and filing copy of the writ petition, the petitioner is back in Court.
Patna High Court MJC No.824 of 2017 (4) dt.12-07-2018 Let the petitioner first comply with the order of this Court and raise his grievance purposefully, bringing to the notice of the Collector, Nawadah the nature of encroachment made after impleading the encroachers against whom grievance has been raised and upon such filing of such complaint that the Collector, Nawadah would consider and dispose it of in accordance with law in terms of the order passed by the Division Bench on the writ petition.
The attendance of the Collector, Nawada is dispensed with. The contempt application is disposed of.
