2. It is agreed at the Bar that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is a slight discrepancy inasmuch as Ph.D. increment has not been added while computing the dues of the petitioner for which he may be given liberty to represent before the Registrar of the University.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
5. If such a representation is filed within three weeks
Patna High Court CWJC No.9053 of 2017 dt.19-11-2018 2/2 from today, before the Registrar of the University, he shall look into the matter and upon verification from the records shall pass a reasoned order within two weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If any further payment is required to be made to the petitioner, in terms of the order to be passed, the same shall also be paid to him within the next three weeks.
