Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. No doubt, victim appears to be minor but from perusal of her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it would appear that she left her home along with the petitioner and subsequently, established physical relation with the petitioner by her own sweet will. The victim has nowhere stated that she was either allured or enticed away by the petitioner from her home.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
