Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 22.02.2022.

From perusal of trial court's report it appears that charges have already been framed on 21.12.2021 and till date no witness has turned up before the Court to adduce his evidence as yet. Petitioner is in custody since 07.10.2020. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Danapur in Session Trial No. 536/21, in connection with Khagaul P.S.
