In the show cause filed on behalf of the Opposite Party No.3, it is stated that pursuant to the order under contempt and the subsequent orders passed by this Court in this application, the necessary verifications were made and it was found that the petitioner is entitled to further payment of Rs. 6,46,750 by the order dated 3.12.2014. Nothing has been stated in the said order that the payment has been made pursuant to the said order dated 3.12.2014.
