76 liters country made liquor are said to have been recovered from a Gumti but the petitioner has specifically stated at para 7 of the petition that the aforesaid Gumti does not belong to him. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent which is evident from perusal of para 3 of the petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna/ concerned court in Saksohra P.S.
