After considering the submissions and materials on

Patna High Court CWJC No.15555 of 2013 dt.19-01-2017 record including the impugned order, this Court does not find that the court below has committed illegality and material irregularity in passing the impugned order justifying the interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
