The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Supaul P. S. Case No.308 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a of the Arms Act. Considering that the case is based on circumstantial evidence and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in Para-3 of the application, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P. S. Case No.308 of 2019.
