Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that juniors to the petitioner have been considered for regularization but the petitioner has been treated differently and discriminated by the respondents with regard to regularization of services. He submits that the petitioner is working for the last three decades and as such,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8826 of 2016 dt.02-05-2018 2/2 his case requires consideration by the respondents in view of the fact that persons appointed subsequent to the petitioner have been regularized by the University.

Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the record and if it is found that the petitioner is regularly working and persons appointed after the petitioner have been considered, the case of the petitioner may also been considered sympathetically for regularisation. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
