The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 121 of 2021 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 36/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local politics. Only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioner has been made accused in the instant case. Further he submits that petitioner is neither the owner nor the driver of the alleged vehicle. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
