1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties concerned.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ application initially for a direction to the respondents not to disturb the services of the petitioner as Incharge Principal of the School. However, a counter affidavit has been filed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1696 of 2019(7) dt.16-01-2024 2/2 respondent nos. 7 and 8 bringing on record Annexure E/8 showing that the Managing Committee of the College has terminated the services of the petitioner on 25.02.2023.

3. In view of the above, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to challenge the order of termination before the appropriate authority.

4. Permission is granted.

5. This application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
