In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 94 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 414 and 412/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made in the FIR that on secret information, the Police has intercepted a while motor cycle on NH-19 and on looking to the Police, the persons, who were on motor cycle, have started fleeing away but one person was caught and another person fled away from there. The person, who has been caught, disclosed his name Sintu Kumar and when the documents were called from him with regard to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2898 of 2019(3) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 vehicle, he failed to produce the same. Allegation has been made, it is a stolen motor cycle.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that merely there is an allegation against the petitioner that he was riding on the motor cycle and except that there is nothing against him.

The petitioner has criminal history.

Looking to the antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to him and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.
