The petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2019 in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 191/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the petitioner. He was merely a driver. It is further submitted that the petitioner did not have any documents to produce to show ownership and he has been taken into custody.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59572 of 2019(2) dt.23-10-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhubani, in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 191/2019.
