2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has put to challenge the office order dated 27.07.2023 passed by the Secretary, Block Teacher Employment Committee-cum-

Patna High Court CWJC No.13288 of 2023 dt.18-06-2025 2/2 Executive Raj Officer-cum-Block Panchayat Raj Officer, Bagaha-1, West Champaran (Annexure-13), whereby the petitioner's services as Block Teacher has been terminated.

3. In view of Rule 16 of Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020, the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of his grievance raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above directions.
