====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Manjhargarh P.S. Case No. 308 of 2018 registered under sections 366 (A)/34 of IPC.

The allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners abducted the minor daughter of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case inasmuch as there was love affair between the petitioner no.1

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62062 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 and the victim girl and the victim girl whose statement has been recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C, which is Annexure-2, girl has stated that she has performed marriage with the petitioner no. 1 voluntarily on her free will. Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the victim girl has been recovered and her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has been recorded in which she has not stated anything against the petitioners, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to all the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 308 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
