2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 534 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120b of the Indian Penal.
3. It is alleged that petitioner is accused of stealing a four wheeler vehicle in question.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has four criminal antecedents of similar nature and therefore, prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 28655 of 2023 vide order dated 24.05.2023. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 01.06.2022. He further submits that similarly situated coaccused has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68377 of 2023(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/3 Court in Cr. Misc. Case No. 14575 of 2023 vide order dated 15.05.2023.
5. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 15.05.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No. 14575 of 2023, this bail application is also allowed.
6. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Nagar P.S. Case No. 534 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
7. The District Judge, Nawada is directed to see to it that the Trial Court concludes the trial at the earliest.
8. The petitioner will visit Mithanpura Police Station on the every sunday of each week. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the District Judge, Nawada and the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur to communicate this order to the S.H.O, Mithanpura for its compliance through FAX and e-mail forthwith.
