Patna High Court MJC No.2923 of 2024(3) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 orders duly taking into consideration the objections filed by the petitioners and also giving them an opportunity of hearing.
2. It is the case of the petitioners that without giving any opportunity of hearing the Opposite Party No. 9 has passed the orders. Learned counsel has stated that the impugned order dated 21.10.2024 may be set aside and the Opposite Party No. 9 may be directed to give them an opportunity of hearing and then pass orders afresh.
3. Having regard to the fact that the power vested with this Court under the Contempt of Court Act are very limited, the present contempt petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 21.10.2024, if he is aggrieved by the said order.
4. With the above observations, the present contempt petition stands closed.
