2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 80(1), 238(a) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Informant's daughter was married with one Ranjit Singh @ Tutu Singh six years back. After sometime, differences between deceased and said Ranjit arose and the same was resolved later on. On 29.5.2025 informant received informant that his daughter was killed by petitioner and other family members.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is elder gotini of deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against her. She is separate in mess and business. Thrust of allegation is against the husband of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58149 of 2025(3) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 deceased who is in custody since 30.5.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let both the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Hulasganj Police Station Case No. 170 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
