ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 24-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 10.12.2014, by which the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Katihar has refused to release a motorcycle bearing registration No.BR-1AF 8363 seized in connection with G.R. No.2063 of 2013 arising out of Amdabad P.S. case No.105 of 2013.

It has been asserted that in fact the vehicle had been purchased by Md. Sabbir Alam, but the final documents were not prepared. It was for this reason that the Court below did not consider the claim of the Petitioner and refused the same. In such circumstances, the application is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to produce the original owner book of the motorcycle before the Court below. If the Court is satisfied that it
