The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 213/2020 for the offences registered under Section 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

In view of the recent judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and another reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, second anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable.

It is, accordingly, dismissed.
