The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.03.2014 by which the learned court below has allowed the prayer of the plaintiff for appointment of Survey Knowing Pleader Commissioner.

It appears from the perusal of the impugned order that the suit has been filed by the plaintiff for removal of encroachment. The learned court below, after considering the facts and circumstances of the case, has allowed the prayer for appointment of Survey Knowing Pleader Commissioner. This Court finds that there is no error of jurisdiction in passing the impugned order.
