Learned counsel for the appellant is also of the view that on account of absence of specific provision under POCSO Act instant appeal would not lie against the order of rejection of prayer for bail and so office has rightly pointed out defect on that very score.

That being so, learned counsel for the appellant submits that in course of day he is going to remove the defect. If so, let its nomenclature be changed whereupon necessary implication to be followed on that very score at the end of the learned counsel for the appellant as well as office.
