The petitioner filed this writ petition against the order of mutation but the order mutating the name of Dinesh Prasad (respondent no.4) has not been annexed and the rent receipt is annexed as Annexure 4 to this writ petition.

In this view of the fact, I find that the writ petition is not maintainable in absence of order passed by the Circle Officer by which the name of respondent no.4 has been mutated. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U
