2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 170 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80(1), 238(a) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The petitioner, who is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased, is said to have participated in the killing of the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2025. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the general and omnibus allegation and the fact that the petitioner is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad/concerned Court below in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 170 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner shall appear in the trial regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
