1. Heard the parties.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of M.J.C. No. 3994 of 2024, which got dismissed due to non compliance of the peremptory order dated 05.05.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that requisites for issuance of notice to the opposite party nos. 2 to 5 were filed after expiry of peremptory time on 17.05.2025 (i.e. after one day delay).

4. For the reasons stated in this application, the same is

Patna High Court MJC No.2859 of 2025(3) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 allowed. Delay in filing requisites is condoned and time for filing requisites is extended till the date it has been filed.

5. Accordingly, the connected case bearing M.J.C. No. 3994 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
