District & Sessions Judge VIII, Gopalganj has submitted that further time be granted for concluding Sessions Trial No.738 of 2016 (Gopalganj P.S. case No.18 of 2010). It is further indicated that the process has been issued against the prosecution witnesses through the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj. Considering the same, further six months time is granted to Addl. District & Sessions Judge VIII, Gopalganj for concluding Sessions Trial No.738 of 2016 (Gopalganj P.S. case No.18 of 2010).

The District Magistrate, Gopalganj and the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj are directed to ensure that the prosecution witnesses are produced on the date fixed by the Trial court so that the trial could be concluded.
