This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 26.9.2012 passed by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Samastipur, in Cr. Revision no. 381 of 2011 by which the petitions dated 1.9.2012 and 17.9.2012 filed by the petitioners have been rejected.

After some argument learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49991 of 2012 (4) dt.21-05-2015 2 / 2 liberty to raise their grievances before an appropriate forum. Permission is accorded.
