Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409,420,467,468,34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation of defalcation of scholarship money is against co-accused-Ravi Pratap Singh, who was Headmaster of the School. The Headmaster has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.53423 of 2017 on consideration of enquiry report submitted by District Education Officer which revealed that in fact there is no defalcation. Allegation against the petitioner and others is of conspiracy with the Headmaster. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

No.10648 of 2018 (4) dt.26-04-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sasaram (Model) Police Station Case No.183 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
