The petitioner seeks regular bail in Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 266 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The First Information Report is against unknown. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner figured in the case on the confessional statement of the co-accused Md. Manir Alam. Except the confessional statement, no other tangible evidence has come during the course of investigation. Looted articles are said to have been recovered from the possession of Subhash Mandal @ Shubha Mandal and Md. Manir Alam who have already been enlarged on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3674 of 2015 (2) dt.28-01-2015 bail.
Having considered the fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 266 of 2014.
